In-n-out Burger - Brentwood

Frank and the rest of the crew are amazing. That's the best!

This restaurant has seen better days. There are times when the staff is punctual, but overall, the experience has declined. *Edit: I’ve lowered my rating from 4 to 3 stars. I’m not sure what’s going on, but this place was once the best In-N-Out. Now, the fries are often soggy, undercooked, or burnt to a crisp. The burgers are squished in their wrappers, and I’ve encountered grilled onions that aren’t actually grilled. It’s becoming more common for items to be forgotten, missed, or made incorrectly. It’s disappointing and concerning.

That was fantastic! The drive-thru line was a bit long, but the staff were great!
