The Brick Oven Pizzeria Trattoria

When I returned the incorrect food, I overheard staff talking about me behind the counter, claiming I wasn't answering my phone. At this point, I just wanted a receipt for a refund. I've always ordered from this place without any issues in the past, but the way they handled this situation was incredibly frustrating as a customer. Unfortunately, I guess I’ll have to find a new place for my steak and cheese.

The food was simply awful. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether. The dishes were inedible. We ordered an Italian meal and received one topped with bacon and jalapeños instead. They really need to get their act together! I ended up throwing away $42 worth of food. What a letdown. I can't see how they could survive for long.

Absolutely the best Brazilian pizza in Connecticut! The owners are fantastic and incredibly welcoming. The staff is friendly, and the food is simply exceptional. I particularly enjoy ordering the açaí. The presentation of the food is spot on as well. I make it a point to drop by for a quick bite at least once a week. I highly recommend Leontinos!

Additionally, I want to give 5 stars for the kindness and support of the staff and owners. We have a 17-year-old son with autism who has special needs, making dining out a challenge. We've taken our sons here multiple times, and each time, the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate us. The regular waitstaff really understand how to assist our boys; they quickly bring out the food and are incredibly patient and considerate. We truly appreciate their thoughtfulness and generosity. Please support this restaurant not just for the great food, but also for their wonderful service and humanity.

I placed an order yesterday and was left feeling disappointed. However, I must commend the owners for taking responsibility; they offered me a complimentary meal today, and it completely changed my perception. The chicken Francese was delightful, and the Alfredo was absolutely scrumptious. The garlic bread arrived hot and fresh. Thank you, Leontino’s, for turning my experience around!
