I’ve been coming here for years, but ever since the new owner took over, it’s gone down hill. The pizza quality got worse, cheesesteaks thinner and over the last two years, the customer service skills of the employees has gotten worse. Simple orders get messed up and trying to make a “simple” food request (like cheesesteak no roll for my gluten sensitive son) recently was harder than asking a toddler to make the entire order we had. Even then, the toddler would have understood the request better. I called Shiloh market and the lady understood the order on the first mention. Constant attitude with the little girls at the counter, and because of that, y’all have lost yet another customer.
