The golf course at the club is fantastic, but unfortunately, the restaurant manager, Sirle, and her staff are extremely unprofessional and unethical. I witnessed Sirle being drunk while working on a recent Friday night, and it wasn't the first time. She is rude and lacks professionalism. Her upcoming departure from the Brookwater Golf Club is welcome news. There are rumors of a new restaurateur coming in, which is exciting. I strongly advise against doing business with Sirle, as she is reportedly starting her own catering business and has a reputation as a scammer. Be cautious.

We waited for an hour for our food at this restaurant. The steak was served cold and the chips were cold and soggy. The service was poor. The atmosphere was rated a 4 out of 5. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The cost per person for a lunch meal is between $60 to $80.

This was the worst dining experience we've had. We waited 1.5 hours for our food even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Our orders were incorrect and the steak was cold while the chips were stale. It was definitely not worth the $35 we spent. We should have gone to McDonald's instead. The waitress had a bad attitude and was not approachable. Overall, the service was poor. Dining in for brunch cost around $20-40 per person.

Thought this would be a nice place to take our families from interstate and overseas. Service was very slow even though we booked for lunch at a time that suited them due to another large group coming after us. Half the drinks were served and the other half another 15min later. Food took even longer. Meals were okay but even small details like a wedge of lemon with fish and chips would've been good. Requested the icecream that was meant to come with the kids meal with sprinkles and topping 3 large scoops enough for 2 adults came out half melted with nothing on top. Staff were friendly, but there were obvious issues as we saw the person who greeted us at the front door in the kitchen herself.
