CAU Bristol

I always leave happy every time I visit CAU. I’ve brought friends and family before. The last time I visited was for my dad’s birthday, nice environment, tasty food (only the chorizo empanadas are a bit salty). Staff was friendly and kept the ice cream cake that we brought in the freezer for us. Only disappointment, no more fish tacos which were amazing. The set menu it’s a very good deal, if you want to try CAU you should go for it.

The service and our waiter was really good very friendly and gave us really good service. We are regular customers to CAU and were disappointed when we ordered a starter of the chicken tacos but without any salad to pay £6.50 for one tiny bit of chicken in each taco. The portion sizes of this was ridiculous.

The service from the moment we entered was first class. We had a shared starter and then a main and we all agreed that the steaks were excellent!

Staff were no where to be seen for about 90% of the visit, but the food was great.

Marvellous food, quick service, helpful staff. Only blot was the customer sat behind us who was being rather rude to the waiters “Oi boss, more mayo. What’s that green stuff? Take it back and get rid of it, yeah boss?”
