Ordered to go and they got the same order wrong TWICE, I went back to pick up the right food and i can hear the girl is talking in back how its my fault. But my print slip showed exactly what i wanted and the food in the bag was not how I Ordered it. Wheni got home with the corrected food, It was wrong again!! (gave an extra star bc they gave me an extra dessert)
Mixed review here. I love chili's. I typically don't complain about their food .. this isn't about the food but instead the service. We called up and said hey we have a group of 20 people who would like to come can you seat us? They absolutely told usno because they only have 2 people serving. So that means if you can't handle a wave of 20 people you need to close therestaurant down ... if 4 families of 3-4 people come that's 12-16 people ... if you cannot handle that you gotta rethink howit's being operated. Typically what this means is a nice big tip for the waitresses. If it was me I would have said oh yess weare empty come on down and I would hustle my butt off and expect a tip from the customers as people are usually more generous inlarge groups .. not this spot man. Disappointed.
