Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI enjoy visiting authentic Mexican restaurants owned by Mexicans, especially to try their Carne Asada. I've had this experience in various states, including Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and California. This restaurant serves one of the most flavorful Carne Asadas I've ever tasted. The service was excellent and attentive, and they offer an outstanding house-made salsa and guacamole. Furthermore, my wife ordered another steak dish that came with a mix of vegetables, which is uncommon in Mexican restaurants but provides a nice option for those who prefer traditional American vegetables in their meals.
La Carreta used to be a top choice for dining, but that time has come to an end. They've lost their passion for serving quality food. They now charge $4 for a small half-cup of lukewarm cheese dip, and the rest of the dishes are consistently just lukewarm as well, with portion sizes shrinking alarmingly.
Service is the only good thing about this place.. will not be back.. poor waitress I feel bad she has to serve that non seasoned food.. absolutely no seasoning.. refried beans were grayish and smelt like catfood not exaggerating...
The food was eh okay, service was alright. The waiter had no idea if we had been waited on but gladly took us. The atmosphere was a little rushed I feel like. But overall it was alright
Absolutely amazing food! 1st time going to this new chain. The atmosphere was completely off because the music was swing and then several other genres that were not fitting to a Mexican restaurant
