Lelabar is a gem, very lowkey even for Manhattan. Great atmosphere and very nice selection of cheese and finger foods

Wine is good, gets pretty busy around 5/5:3pm on a weekday. The girl with glasses is very spaced out and not attentive to guests.

This place get lots of praise, and the outdoor seating is cute with electric heaters. However, the inside looks a little less than finished, wine glasses are fairly pricey $18) and they tack on a “Technology Fee” to the final bill, notifying as such at the bottom of your receipt.
