Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónDuring our lunch visit, we were warmly welcomed by Sav and Nicola who were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. We paid with a card and found a seat outside. Our drinks and lunch were promptly served by Millie and were beautifully presented. Millie checked in on us to ensure everything was to our liking and if we needed anything else. The sandwiches and sausage rolls we had were fresh and delicious, and our tea was hot while cold drinks came with ice and lemon. We will definitely be returning to the coffee shop in the future, thanks in part to the exceptional service provided by Sav, Nicola, and Millie. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!
I recently went for afternoon tea and was greeted by a very unfriendly woman at the counter who seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was directed to follow another woman to my table. I was not informed at first that tea and coffee were unlimited. I had to go find a staff member myself for a refill because they never came over to ask. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience.
The restaurant was closed, which was a disappointment after making the journey there. We checked multiple websites to confirm it was open before leaving, so it would be beneficial for the restaurant to keep their information current.
We have been regulars at this nursery for a few years now. A month ago we paid £1500 for garden furniture. Sunday we went again and brought some furniture and two trees. As they was delivering we asked for two bags of soil to plant the trees in the delivery. When they delivered we got 2 bags of tomato grow bags. When we called them they said they will bring 2 bags of soil needed tomorrow and swap them over. On the Tuesday they called to say we have to pay a delivery charge even though it was their mistake. On refusing and telling them that after spending £650 in their store on Sunday and they had made the mistake we wasn’t paying, they said they would get one of their workers who lives near us to drop the soil off. Today (Friday) this has still not been delivered. I called and they said it’s now being delivered on Monday (1 week on) I told them not acceptable I have 2 trees sitting on my patio waiting to be planted. They said the manager will call me back and I’ve still not heard. We have spent a few thousand over the years on plants and various things. Never again and if could take them all back I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. No regular customer loyalty. They will never see us in that store again. My advice is avoid this place at all costs
We have been to this garden centre few times a year for many years and for the first time despite an interior update the food has become very expensive and yet cheap tasting! Had four cakes and everyone was disappointed very dry and not enjoyable at all! Coffee was good although expensive for a small cup! Such a shame wouldn’t rush back!
