Pulp Juice And Smoothie Broadview Heights

Go to pulp all the time and generally love it: A little frustrating this time not acknowledged as we waited to order and the workers finished mopping. Arrived at 8:05p, almost an hour before close, and were not able to get a smoothie (that had a juiced ingredient) or a wheatgrass shot because both “machines were down.” But it was evident they had just cleaned them and didn’t want to use them again before closing at 9p.

Service was great. Employees were pleasant. Place was clean. Smoothie was great. BUT! Management should be ashamed of themselves for charging 8 bucks for a Smoothie. Rediculess and I won't be back. I never mind paying a little extra for quality but 8 bucks is over the top. Cashier seemed almost scared to tell me. Then there's a tip jar! I always tip but I hope and pray your paying these hard working folks that were there at least a decent wage after charging 8 bucks for a Smoothie.

Kudos to the two young ladies working tonight. Thank you for working your full shift and for your speedy service in making my smoothie and shot. You are doing a great job to maintain Pulp’s reputation as a company, unlike the Independence location which closed 30+ minutes early tonight. However, whoever manages Broadview Heights needs to watch for bullying.. The one girl working tonight by name of Cameron was not very nice to the other poor girl working..Parking: Small plaza with 30+ spots

Usually I love Pulp and every other one I've been to has had friendly staff and great food. Today was not one of those times. I arrived in the morning and could see the girl behind the counter was making smoothies and never have a problem waiting. I'm a very patient person and I've been in the customer service business. I waited at the counter for AT LEAST 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Ok, I know it's the morning and people are busy. After 5 more minutes of her going out of her way to not make any eye contact I was fed up. Management- it may be a good idea to coach your staff to at least acknowledge people waiting at the counter and you'd have a much better review.
