Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI had ordered a sandwich meal, 5 piece tender meal, and 2 biscuits. Most of the order came to me via delivery. There was one thing that wasn?t part of that. The 2 biscuits that I have paid for about $2.49. I was very confused and frustrated that Ididn?t get the 2 biscuits that I have paid for. I don?t know if you forgot but I didn?t get it at all and I had paid money forthat. I could have rated higher if I had the 2 biscuits with me. At least they got most of the order though.
What is the point to have the rapid services on the mobile order if when I go to pick up the food the restaurant is closed at 7pm. 7pm..!!!!!!! I can't believe. I'm running late now. Awfull services and manage.
The restaurant received negative feedback due to the poor service and lack of communication. Customers had to wait over 30 minutes to place an order, only to be informed by one staff member that they were short-staffed and only operating through the drive-thru. This was frustrating for the six customers waiting. The restaurant needs better supervision and management. Additionally, some customers found the chicken to be too salty.
I highly recommend trying the famous bowl at this restaurant, as it is absolutely delicious. The service is also very fast, and the food is always tasty. I have never had a negative experience dining here.
Some of us ate KFC and others had Taco Bell. You can always count on finding something delicious at this restaurant.
