Subway - BROMLEY

I have used Subway a lot and love the sandwiches. I have also got the app. I have well over 1000 points on my app where I can redeem it for a foot long sandwich. I’ve been to 3 stores in Cheltenham and EVERY SINGLE STORE says they can’t redeem it as their machine isn’t working (whatever that even means). Why offer the points if they are useless?

I placed an order online and was told that the sandwich would be delivered, but it never showed up. When I tried to contact the restaurant as directed on their website, I discovered that the phone number provided was not even valid. It seems like they really don't care about their customers.

I went to this restaurant this morning and ordered some food. I have never seen someone assemble a sandwich in such a strange way before. It seemed like the person making it was disgusted, as they just threw the meat onto the bread. The salad looked so dry that it seemed like it could suck all the moisture out of the ocean. All of this was served with a forced smile. Thank you for showing me how not to provide good customer service.

I have tried to visit this restaurant three times now. I wanted to leave a review because I love Subway, but despite being advertised as open until 9pm on both Google and the window, it has been closed each time before 8:30pm. In the past three months while visiting Cheltenham, I have tried to make a purchase but have been unsuccessful. On my last attempt, an employee told me they were closing early due to lack of business. Perhaps it would be better to officially close earlier and update the opening times to avoid disappointing customers.
