Very friendly and clean. the food was fresh and delicious! the bizzards were satisfied.
I come here often because I am seriously addicted to their cheese curds, I could eat them every day! Today as I was driving by, I noticed there was only one car in line (it's usually really long) and figured that was a good excuse to get some curds. Unfortunately, that one person took an unusually long time to order. I waited for nearly ten minutes for them to finish placing their order! I felt bad for the person on the other side, it didn't seem like he was being very friendly to them. Anyway long story short, when I got to the window they told me I could have the curds for free because I waited for so long! I was not expecting that at all and thought it was really sweet of them. So I wanted to give a special shout out to this location for their excellent customer service!! I will be back soon!!
I Love Dairy Queen in Brookings, the service and the employees since the new ownership has been exceptional. Having said that in the last 5 months there has been a deterioration with the drive up ordering. I have experience three order failures. Only one of them was a deal breaker, the other two were not getting what I ordered and since I love Dairy Queen I managed. I am not as thrilled to go to D.Q. as I was before. It is a Joke with my Mom and I as to wither we will get a screwed up order. I will continue to go to D.Q. and hope that this problem can be rectified. Once I ordered two cone Ice creams, they came in a dish, when I asked to have cones, the dishes were given to me this the cones turned upside down on top of the ice lump. I asked for my money back and drove away. Some people and their best problem solving. Pretty darn funny.
Had not been able to eat any dairy since March 1994, 5 months post birth of my child. 2 years and 2 ish months divorced and I'm able to have dairy again. My favorite is a vanilla ice cream cone dipped in butterscotch. It was scrumptious.
