The sandwich was warm, but not toasted as I had requested. It had been a long time since I last ate at Subway, and I decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Subway anytime soon.
The restaurant was very clean! The young lady with the dreads provided excellent customer service with a smile and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. I would give it five stars.
I had a very pleasant experience during my visit to the restaurant. The man who made my sandwich was courteous, helpful, and patient.
I am not happy of the 2 train line it's too much delays i was at 149 station for more than 20 in the train before the train moved and homeless done the number 2 in the train i was very inconsolable to smell someone number 2 during the traffic time MTA need to clean more
Went to this store on Tuesday to make a purchase. The employee and Manager on duty claimed that I could not redeem my coupons that I received in the mail.. Further more the manager was rude and said they did not need my business. Once he said that I immediately left and will never make a purchase at this store again. Rude customer service and they do not accept their own coupons. They should receive 0 stars .
