They were unfamiliar with the process of ordering through the app and picking up their food. Fabian kindly assisted them, making it easier for them to order when they craved Subway. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent service.
The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional, especially compared to the poor service on Ruben Torres (refer to my review there). Jaime, who is new to the team, and Lexi were both incredibly polite and attentive. My family and I truly appreciated the level of customer service they provided, which is uncommon in Brownsville.
After accidently dropping food on the floor, the employee with the same gloves being used to pick up the toppings on the floor, almost contaminated my order with the dirty gloves before stopping him and informed him what he's doing wrong. Despicable and disgusting. Please retrain the employees.
I adore Subway! This branch is immaculately clean, stylish, and lively, with a great music selection. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating!
