Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónJust ordered by Drive-thru and I just want to say that they were the absolutely best customer service fast and sufficient my food was hot my frits were fresh the lady in the drive thru was very polite and helped me order to remember that this is my first time going to this Wendy's I would definitely recommend 10/10 and the gentleman my food was very nice and everyone smiled and had an even better attitude for this great service!
Ordered several meals through uber eats. They delivered promptly but our double stacker burgers had a hint of a rotten taste. The baconator fries barely had any bacon, which doesn't make any sense. The 2 stars are for my son's Italian burger that he did like and the chicken burgers were alright.
Delicious food I love their chili the only complaint I have is that their chicken nuggets for the four 4 for 4 deal got really small...lol it's basically two chicken nuggets cut in half still I love the barbecue sauce and I would go there againFood: 5/5
Took forever then once at the second window. The manager did not even know what order they were working he had to ask before closing the window. Then I noticed the guy in front parked came running back inside they gave him the wrong burger manager puts it on the counter so I pull up to watch what he does with it and notices so throws it away. Then once they get me the food wanted me to leave without my drinks and frosty. Rushing out again they forgot to give me the dipping sauces for 2 orders of nuggets and the straws for the drinks.
People need to smile some. I get it, we're experiencing some tough times and just be great full that you have a job. Don't take out your frustration on the customer. Be glad we get hungry and go to you because without us you wouldn't have a job. I would rate you a zero if i could.
