I personally opted for pork (with a sweet ginger sauce) accompanied by a cocktail Cafrine of fires (ti punch with cinnamon) and it was really good. The less positive point is service. We first called to book and we were asked to call back three hours later. So we call 3 hours later and book for 8:30, then we are reminded 1 hour later to say that it is at 9:15. Arriving at 9:15, we are told that there was an error and that they gave our table to someone else. Conclusion we waited 20 minutes in the middle of the restaurant and started eating at 10:00. In addition, the staff is moderately friendly. Fortunately the cuisine and quality of the meal has really improved our experience!
We spent an excellent evening, being myself a meeting, the kitchen was up to the colors of my island. We'll come back!!! Continue in your launch!!! ps: A larger variety of typical dessert would have been the Creole culinary summum;

Excellent dish. Excellent service, listening staff.
Had to wait a bit as it was very busy on a Friday evening but all 4 of us were very happy with our dishes, which were very flavourful: perch mile, pork, bavette and shrimp curry.
