The chicken was not done and when called to complain no one answered the phone sound like their phone connected to the fax machine

The food was great. The chicken wasn't too greasy or crispy. I've had original that ended up being crispy. This KFC did it right. The only thing was we didn't get the Cole slaw that was supposed to come with the meal. (There was supposed to be 2sides)

I was missing part of my order, and got Chrispy instead of original. Then I receive breast as I asked for none. KFC has lost my business as I drive 20 miles to this location.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins. tgen when I got to the window I had to wait another 5mins fir them to have biscuits done.

This place was in chaos last night. The staff was yelling at each other. Lots of complaining. Watched one employee throw a little fit when gravy was spilled. I pointed out my order was wrong and one of them yelled at me. Got home and the chicken wasold and slimy. Biscuits were dry. The potatoes had a sour taste. How do you mess up instant potatoes? Toxic experience. Mylast visit.
