Pasqualino's Italian - Bryson City

While I would rate the food very highly, I can't quite give a full five stars for the atmosphere due to some issues with the kitchen and staff dynamics. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly and does their best to manage the large number of customers. However, it was disheartening to hear them being yelled at from the kitchen, causing them to abandon their tasks abruptly. It seems the restaurant could benefit from the guidance of a professional to improve time management and employee relations. It’s not very pleasant to be seated while overhearing the staff being blamed for not keeping up with their work.

We dropped by after a ride on the Polar Express and found it to be one of the few restaurants still open after 9:00 PM. Our server, Samantha, was fantastic! She was very friendly and attentive, especially with our younger children, who can be quite chatty. I highly recommend the chicken parmesan and the blackened chicken pasta.

The food and service were excellent! Be prepared for a wait, as it's a favorite spot for both locals and tourists. I can't wait for our next visit!

We ordered a small pizza for takeout. It wqs delicious

Food is great. But, hours are awful. Every time we have gone because it says online they are open we get “we are closed until 4” although this varies every single time. Please update your hours online accordingly.
