Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis place should be lonely for traditional Roman cuisine. We chose it for a group dinner, taking into account that we have some international guests. What a nightmare... the waitress was absolutely a catastrophe: she took wrong orders, she was slow like a snail, she knew nothing about the wine! However, the wine list is so short that you simply make your choice. Finally, we chose the only Romanian bottle wine. I was just wondering if I could taste it a normal demand in ALL right restaurants around the world, especially for a 30€ bottle. She said when she opens the bottle, we have to pay... What a “good picture” about this restaurant. Luckily it was a pretty good wine. Even if we had to wait 30 minutes to offer us the wine glasses, we finally drank a few bottles when we “replace” the food... talk about the food... the order was served after 1.5h of waiting... the main dish was served after 3h!!! The food was below average. My tartar was just terrible! I love Tartar, I eat it often, but I think it was one of the worst in my life - see the photo. I still think when the "red liquid" in my plate was the blood or the dressing. Even if it is raw meat, tartaric acid should not float in the blood. I want to live with the impression that it was just a bit “too much” dressing... I admit that the chief of the waiters tried to take over the service when I started the poor service. Unfortunately it was too late... our guests remained disappointed. What a loss...’ because the Romanian cuisine should be a wonderful experience... and definitely it wasn’t the case! What a shame...
The staff was very nice. The food was also great and so was the decor. That was good old traditional Romanian cuisine! Like it really
Visited here on the recommendation of a tour guide and our opinions were different. My partner enjoyed the croquettes and steak. I had tomato soup and goat cheese salad. However, the soup had tasted an overwhelming taste of fennel and salad, which was 80% plus salad, from salt. The place was busy, but compared to the other two meals we had in Bucharest, it felt overpriced. Over £100 compared to around £70 in our other restaurant. I think we should have taken note of the latest reviews.
The food was not good, cold after 40 minutes waiting, we were 6 people, and the one order was forgotten, the waiter was not polite at all. NOT RECOMMENDATIONS.
Don 't waste your money here! It 's senseless! Bad food, zero services, VERY dirty toilets (no soap, it 's too expensive ; we refused galuste cu prune which were made in 1870, served as delicates but we were obliged to pay it....how come? Shame on you! About cornulete traditionale is better no not try it...you will regret.... Very expensive for the quality of everything.... We have paid for nothing. It 's better to avoid it!
