Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI get it, nobody wants to work in fast food. But if you are going to sign up for it, at least have a personality. These young people today, need some serious social skills. Can't complain about the food, it's the same trash McD's has always served.
The worst McDonald's restaurant ever. The staff stands in front of me and I try to call them to give them my order and they don't even look at me. Most of the dining tables and chairs are not clean! . I ordered a sandwich only and had to wait an hour to receive my order When I asked about the order after an hour, the worker screamed at me, what was your order? And she said I'm sure I gave you this order before.I really I can't believe what happened!
They ran out of toys. They gave me the the two happy meals with no toys and didn 't say a thing. When I asked where the toys were they were like oh no one told, we 're out of toys and walked away. No care or refund of any sort. The whole reason I came to McDonald 's and bought a happy meal is for the toys for my kids. Horrible service. After a manager came over she said there was nothing she could do. Normally, if I wanted to buy a toy it probably would be nearly $2 so I want my $3-4 back. Luckily, one of the employees was smarter than the manager and gave us cookies at least. Most of the employees including managers could not care less! We will not be back here!!!! Do not go here!!!!!!
I've gone to this location several times over the years with mixed results. Sometimes a good experience and sometimes a bad. More often than not, the food is decent/good but today I went on black Friday and waited almost 40 minutes for my food. I did a mobile order and when I showed up to retrieve it, the cashier apparently never put in that I arrived. The line for customers was atleast 20 people deep. Everyone waiting for food to come out and every order that came out was having to get corrected because something was wrong or missed on the order. They were clearly under staffed and all of the employees had a terrible attitude about them as if it was out fault they were stressed and understaffed. The short haired manager chick was as far from pleasant as you can get. I'm not saying this experience will stop me from returning but it was definitely worth writing about my own wait and the enormous wait time everyone else was dealing with.
I thought they were closed. Over half the outside lights were off in the parking area and it was creepy and dark. However, the staff was trying to be helpful with ingredients in the new smoky burger blt sauce, since I have food allergies. But they were not sure, so I googled it and sure enough the new blt sauce has milk in it, so none for me. They were polite and the food was quick and good even though I always have to special order no cheese on everything.
