Taco Bell - Bullhead City

Terrible service and terrible food amongst other unpleasant things ?

Worst Taco Bell in area. Did not get what was ordered after a 20 minute wait. Ordered through app and was still not ready when I arrived.

Will not eat at Taco Bell any more.drove to Taco Bell in fort mohave to get human service because bullhead just sucks.

They make you order from a complicated computer. You can no long place an order at the counter. I will not work for my food and then pay for it as well. I go to a restaurant to relax and be waited on. To top it off, I had to go back to the counter to pay for it since I only had cash. A live person happily took my money, but would not take my order. I've been a regular customer since 1973, but sadly I will never go back. (Oh, yes, while there a busload of people left and went somewhere else to eat because they only had 30 minutes and not enough time to place their orders using the machine. This is so ridiculous. You are going to lose all you're older customers. Maybe you just don't care!
