We sat about 20 minutes before someone even recognized us, and we had to stop the waitress to ask for service (it was not so busy for reference). The waitress said she'd find someone for us while other tables were sitting after we set their orders. I would understand if they were short staff, but other tables got great service. We decided to get up and go and the waitress noticed from the bar and just scrub their shoulders. We didn't get her name, but she was blond with false eyelashes. So if you? re a regular they will treat you big. If you're not, good luck. A star for comfortable seats and AC.
I was here for Sunday brunch and lunch were both a delicious experience. We went to the seafood buffet last month. We were very disappointed at the food. They had crab legs lobster claws shrimps that were good. I love oysters rockefeller but it was mostly spinach, was not good! There were no crab cakes or salmon, scallops or Halibut. Only pollen fish fried. The service was excellent. The buffet is expensive and I expected more quality fish. Don't get back for this buffet.
The second time I was here. Food is great, but waiters need a bit more training in customer service and time management. We waited for 20 minutes until we finally have a server to notice, only until we have made the managers aware. Our server was around most of the time. Every time she came to the table, she gave us a stance and got angry because we had a drink from the bar when she never came back to ask us if we wanted to drink or refill.
This is the second time I was here and I was disappointed again. We gave an order for an appetizer who was never given us. I ordered the Cajun chicken Penne Pasta and there was nothing Cajun about it. The chicken was also on the dry side. We ordered the apple frit for dessert and it was literally cubed apples in a dry pastry leaf. There was no filling, no cinnamon, nothing, only pure Granny Smith appledices.
Me and the wife went there on a friday around 6pm. We were seated right away and it wasnt too crowded. Very nice view of the golf course along with a casual atmosphere. Its not too pricey and you are given very generous portions. Will definitely be going back.
