Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónFood was extremely fresh and hot from the oven, which I loved is that everything was homemade, nothing artificial or frozen. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely visit again, children loved finger food, recommended for everyone.
$18 for an 8 inch personal pizza. Tested how I ate a well-made paperboard. Frozen pizza from whole food would do the job and be cheaper for $13. North End takes GRIFT to new levels. Avoid this place like the plague. Shame
My new, authentic Italian restaurant. General salad size, dressing was right. The pizza is absolutely amazing because of the fresh ingredients. The crust also has a pleasant taste. The word of all time. Family friendly staff. I can't wait to try other menu items again. Burbank residents, you're LUCKY to have this place.
? Okay, food, but little mind management. ? I recently ordered at the end of their shift from the site in Magnolia. When I returned home to eat our meal with my pregnant wife, who is a vegetarian, we are hosting the eggplant that was ordered, we received a sausage sandwich. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed this night and the next day when we tried to inform them about the error. After we finally reached the restaurant and got a call back from its owner/manage, we were informed about how they 1) read their phone orders via the phone, which was read the correct order via the phone) 2) You have checked the order for your receipt, which I remember being asked to be asked if I wanted the receipt, but my answer was not needed because I had never had a problem with my orders in the past) and 3) they have checked the food that did not happen as I picked up our food at the end of the night. Finally, I was told how they experienced an increase in material costs that they did not increase their prices, and that what they heard me ask is? I want a free sandwich. No, I didn't want a free sandwich, I just wanted the sandwich I ordered. And if you keep your doors open means that you need to spend 20 minutes on a call with a customer to explain the 3 different ways your staff dropped the ball instead of replacing just the $11 sandwich that is the right thing, then keep the sandwich that $11 I paid and the tip that I left on my take-out order. I don't usually leave long reviews, but this one surprised me.
Ordered delivery from them twice, both times several months apart. The first time I ordered delivery (this was maybe back in January? , they called me minutes after I placed my order to tell me that the driver's car had broken down and I had to come in and pick it up. Felt bad figured it was a one off thing and picked it up. Then the night of 09/14, I ordered delivery and the same thing happened again (it's a required 45$ minimum if you order delivery, by the way I was told 3 minutes after I placed paid for my delivery order that they couldn't actually deliver it and I had to come in and pick it up. This time I couldn't come in and asked if they could just cancel the order altogether. I'm not sure if this is an ongoing thing or if I just caught them on two bad nights by happenchance. (It was otherwise good pizza when I did try it the first time. If it really has been an ongoing staffing/driver issue, then the delivery option should be removed from the site's UI until it can fulfill those deliveries and staff up.
