Braum's Ice Cream Dairy - Burkburnett

The service at this restaurant was less than satisfactory due to being understaffed. The employees seemed overwhelmed and were not very attentive to customers. The cash register had some issues with the system, which was understandable, but the way the staff handled it was not great. The food we ordered seemed to have been microwaved for too long and was not very tasty. The bathroom, tables, and floors were not clean, and there was some water damage on the deck. The soda machines were dirty and the manager seemed disinterested in the customers. Despite these issues, the french fries and ice cream were still good. Overall, I love Braum's, but this particular location needs improvement.

I can't give stars. the breakfast was a catastrophe. 30 minutes waiting for nothing. they couldn't find the pancake. in the meantime they served the journey while I stood in the lobby and waited. I asked for my back, not order pancakes!

Here on the way to dallas. first impression very dirty. the young man who served was apparently new, always asked for help in our order, but they saw short workers so that he made a plea. I ordered a limonade and he asked for help when no one helped to make it further and then gave it to me and said: “I hope I did it right.” it was not good, but I felt bad to say so that I threw it off and got something from well. every worker looked so dirty, so sat pockets of froze pommes right next to the frittier! bad smell and just disgusting dirty! also ordered 2

I am a black senior; one morning I went to ungry. the cash ended the service of an older white man, she went away from me to go the empty register for the people who ordered food. I think if a company has 2 registers, they should have two hired. I was appalled by the lack of care that the employed needed for my hunger. when I go to a restaurant, I have hunger! the employees should accept the same and provide for EACH customers with the same!

Overall decent for the price but only get 4 tiny tiny pieces of chicken in my meal
