Pluckers Wing & Crab Shack - Burlington

The service and food quality at this restaurant have declined since changing ownership. Our recent experience was disappointing; only 5 out of the 7 meals we ordered were served. Although the owner promised a refund, they did not follow through. With long wait times, poor service, and uninterested management, this restaurant is not worth visiting.

Check out the crab in the bucket! So great... came twice in one week! Highly recommended. Worth every penny!

We visit Pluckers regularly for favourite seafood with our daughter and son in law. Recommended meals include fish tacos, salmon with salad and shrimp jambalaya. The atmosphere is casual with music playing or sports on tv. The bar offers a variety of beer, wine and cocktails. Service is friendly and the food is always well presented.

Came her for lunch before an Ikea shopping trip. Waitress was very friendly, restaurant was very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Our chicken wings were delicious, and so was my red sangria. We did have some issues with our mussels but both the waitress and management were wonderful about our complaint and handled it very professionally.Will definitely give this place another shot when we're back in Burlington.

Great place to come to after work. Sarah is always welcoming and the beer is always frosty! Food is pretty great too best fries around.
