Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónZeke was very kind- excellent customer service from him. I ordered a barbecue chicken parmigiana. The kitchen sent me a parmigiana with tomato sauce in it. Hope it wasn’t because they thought that the customer cannot differentiate between sauces. Good sea views. Store lighting could be better. Hope the kitchen is more attentive to people’s order in the future.
Ambience leaves a lot to be desired, but if you’re after a very good range of steaks I recommend. The sides were alright nothing fancy, real pub bistro vibes. But the eye filler and range of sauces was solid.
My steak and garlic sauce was perfect. fish was over cooked and batter was burnt. Pulled pork burger was in chunks but tasty. Very friendly service.
Was told from the rest of the party that the stakes were really good. Though my experience was a under cooked jacket potato. The service was good and helpful. Though was told that my meal would be discounted it was not or they charged me even more for my meal then I orded. Kids meals were fantastic and really well priced. We were booked in for 15 and only seated for 14. Would also ask if doing it again to place big groups not to be placed near the salad bar as the staff come and go so much as well as other customers that it get rally cramped and had a lot of near misses.
My husband and I both ordered the scotch fillet steaks. Mine was cooked perfectly but had a strong burnt taste from the grill. My husbands steak was completely burnt (beyond reasonably charred) and we had to cut the whole layer off. Not what you’d want when paying for a nice steak. Both steaks were unfortunately tough and took some effort to eat The baked potatoes and fries that came as a side were overfried. My fries had no potato left in them as they were overly deep fried. The servers were quite friendly but felt it felt strange when one of the servers checked on the table behind us 4 times in the space of 30 mins and not us once.
