Costco Food Court - Burnsville

The food court never picks up their phone. Whenever I try to place an order, no matter the day, they either completely ignore my call or, if they do answer, they are quite rude. It seems they don't think answering the phone is part of their responsibilities.

The food court was fantastic, and Costco has a wide variety of excellent deals!

The food is consistently delicious, but I’ve had several occasions where they completely forgot to make my entire pizza. They really need to invest in an order processing system so that the person making the pizza is aware of the orders. Their current method of verbal communication isn’t effective.

I enjoyed a hot dog and a soda for just $1.50, which is an amazing deal! They use the same type of hot dogs that you can buy separately. The sundae is also fairly priced and definitely worth the additional few dollars.
