Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIt was a Monday evening and I went in to order the most expensive dessert called 'Death by Chocolate' for 22$. It was one of the worst tasting gelato I have ever tasted in my life. It was evenly spread out with 2 scoops, some snickers and wafers. It looked delicious but it was exorbitantly awful in taste and meagre in quantity. After telling the manager about it, we expected they made some changes to it and made it a bit more exciting and at least worth the money but the manager was highly rude and in-courteous to me. Instead of following a basic customer service etiquette and listening to me, he questioned my idea of taste and asked me to eat that or get lost. He wouldn't return my money and kept standing by the side of my table constantly telling me 'There is no one who can not like my product'. I told him it was my personal choice but he spoilt my mood and kept re-iterating his idea of how my taste was bad. What I expected was a respectful or in the least a bit more accomodating attitude of the manager while what I got in return was mere defence in the favour of his product not in how he could have probably helped and solved my problem. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Came here for a quick ice-cream fix whilst we were shopping the other day. After taste testing a few of their varieties i decided on one scoop of the veronese chocolates ice-cream and my partner opted for the burnt caramel flavoured ice-cream made into a thickshake. The shake was not that great (personally i did not like it) but the ice-cream was delicious. It had a nice creamy consistency with a flavour reminding me very much of ferrero rocher. I found it quite enjoyable I wished I had ordered an extra scoop. Customer service is also good, i'll be back again to try some of their other flavours next time im in the area.
Awesome place to satisfy your ice cream cravings. Their ice creams are better than anything that's out there. The shakes (milkshake with 2 scoops of ice cream, thick shake with 3 scoops of ice cream and super shake with 4 scoops of ice cream) are out of this world. Their standout flavours are Veronese chocolate and salted caramel. Their sorbets are also a treat for the palette.
I didn't experience poor service as mentioned in another review. If anything the workers are young, err on the shy side and are polite. I've noticed the portions the Burwood store serves are larger than other Gelatissimo stores I've visited in Sydney.
