Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe were in Bury St Edmunds for the weekend and had made a reservation at Cafe Rouge for dinner on Saturday night at 7:30. When we arrived, the restaurant was busy but gradually began to clear out, including our waitress. After our first two courses, we felt neglected and had a hard time getting our waitress's attention. The food was delicious, but the service was lacking.
We had a wonderful evening celebrating my partner's birthday. The food was delicious, the cocktails were amazing, and the staff provided exceptional customer service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening and we look forward to returning.
The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and excellent service. The food and drinks were amazing. We had a really enjoyable evening.
They wait with workers are expert to avoid eye contact, even if they delete a table right next to their. I just wanted one more milk for my son, really, that's her average chain restaurant. there is nothing to complain about while there is nothing to leave a real impression, and I had to laugh when the woman who commanded our was not familiar with the French words used on the menu, how familiar and pommes. I will eat here again
We do visit other Cafe Rouge establishments where the service has been good but I don't think we've ever had satisfactory service in Bury St Edmunds, which is our local restaurant. Here it always seems to take an inordinate length of time to get our meal, regardless of how busy it is. On this occasion, there was only a handful of customers dining but we had to wait over 45 minutes for our meal. The waitress had to be asked for things that should have been supplied as a matter of course, e.g. Steak knives. We also had to ask more than once for other items, e.g.drinks. Poor Show!!
