Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Butte

We were there for a very late lunch, so the place was pretty empty. The service was fast, and the boy who took our order and delivered our food was pleasant. The food was good too. I haven't had a Blizzard in ages, and it was delicious.

We ordered 3 original cheeseburgers, 1 regular fry, 1 cheeseburger meal, one kids hamburger meal, and one snack size blizzard. It took 15 minutes to get our food but they forgot the blizzard, then it took another 5 to get that. I reached in and found afry on our way out of the parking lot and they were super cold and tasted old. We get to our destination to find the only napkinthey gave us was put on top of the only fry they gave us. That's right. Only one order of fries. I'm glad we're just drivingthrough. We will never stop here again.

I’ve given this place three chances to get our orders right. My kids love Dairy Queen, and since we often drive through Butte, we stop here regularly. Unfortunately, every time we stop, we end up not getting what we ordered. They always say they didn’t hear me, but if you can’t hear the customer, you should really repeat the order. Now, I’m left with hungry kids and not enough food.

We visited on Saturday, September 4th. The food and service were good, and we enjoyed a great conversation with our server. However, we were very disappointed and offended by the music that was playing, which was not suitable for families. Hearing profanity repeatedly led us to leave the restaurant. We wouldn't feel comfortable bringing our children to your establishment. As a result, we avoided Dairy Queen for the rest of our trip.

The ice cream was packed with delicious toppings, and I was really impressed by how friendly the staff was. They genuinely seemed happy to help me, and I couldn't leave without giving them a tip! Great job, everyone!
