Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónOrdering a buffalo wrap with a side of steamed vegetables for pickup (this was last night, 3/29.) you said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I came to the restaurant and a young guy came with my bag. When he looked at the computer, he said: “Oh, you had steamed nicely?” I said yes and he went back to the kitchen with the bag. I wanted to wait. When my food came back, it was 5:30... I checked my phone, and I called at 4:45 in the order. this is a 45 minute waiting for a package and a nice one. When I came home, my package was cold (natural) and I had ridden that I had not ordered, which were cold and soggy. my vegetables were not thoroughly damped and were somewhere between raw and damped. I have to steam them myself if I want to eat them, honestly, for the price of this place I am very disappointed. the poor children at the front — it was not their fault. I was told that they were underused in the kitchen. that is understandable, many places are short personal, but I would still like to be correct and my eating properly prepared. especially when I wait 45 minutes. Is it so hard to make a package sweet and to send it hot and properly boiled? I don't care how long it takes, please make me eat it! so disappointed! to send such a bad meal from the kitchen. obviously they didn't care. not to see a manager. no need to make it right.
We chose to dine at the Montana Club because we wanted steaks and because of the reviews. The cheese curds were cold and even though I ordered them 10 minutes before our entree the cold cheese curds were served with our salads. My ribeye was ordered medium, it came well done. I showed the server and she said well that is on the kitchen, I put it in right! Do you want a different one? For $32 10 oz steak yeah I want a different one! The second one was cooked proper but was bland, no flavor and extremely fatty even for a ribeye. My wife had a filet and it was very tasty, I helped her eat it while waiting for my second steak. Never saw a manager. One would expect a steakhouse to be able to cook a steak properly. even a steak that is only 1/2 thick! and the servers attitude about it was totally unexceptable! I was going to leave no tip but my wife said it was not her fault, which it wasn't but the cold curds was her fault. Needless to say I will not be returning to the Montana Club. A few days later we stayed in Missoula and the hotel clerk recommended the Montana club there but we went elsewhere.
We decided to go back for another try a year later, after several bad experiences in a row. Things have really turned around with this place. The service was great and they were very accommodating. Our waitress was pleasant and cheerful. A pound of crab legs was actually a pound this time instead of 1 leg. ? The only reason for four stars is the cleanliness. Dust gathers quickly but the overhanging lights have a ton on the hanging rods. Enough to look fuzzy. Not the fault of staff. The business should look at having more frequent deep cleans. Cleanliness in a resteraunt is extremely important.
This place is pretty good long as it don't get too busy but their waiters seem to keep up with the rat race or go kick it over at the bar you need something just ask them and they will make sure that you get it if you'd rather have soup and said the salad that's no problem fries instead of potato no problem. Go check it out have a good experience. Forget about happy hour
Had the Halibut Hemingway which melted in your mouth, was so delicious! Hubby had Jack Daniels sirloin steak that was bacon wrapped with blue cheese, and the garlic smashed potatoes which he is still raving about!! And our server was fantastic, and the price was right!! We always pick Montana Club!!
