They did inform us of the case so the wait (30minutes) was OK. Friendly staff, although quite rushed. Burgers were a generous size. Each of the four people I was with got beef. I would go back to try the chicken after reading other reviews. Chips were OK, nothing special.
Cheap and delicious burger. I went for their beef burger but chicken is probably a better option. I'd be coming back to try their chicken burgers and other dishes. Love their chilli sauce. Right amount of spiciness, very fresh with unique flavours. Remember to ask for chilli sauce. It'd go well with chicken. Hot chips was great. Crispy and fluffy inside. Delicious but a bit too much chicken salt.
The best Portuguese chicken burger I've had in Australia hands down. Oportos, Frangos, Ogalos holds nothing compared to this burger joint. Burger was juicy, well cooked and had a lot of chilli (not too spicy) and mayo which kept it moist and flavourful. Great value for money as well with fresh crunchy chips each time! The owner is a awesome guy, always keen for a chat and a laugh. A must visit in Byron!
Best Portuguese burgers in Australia by a long shot. Definitely grab one of the chicken burgers with the chilli sauce, or the special salad if you're after a meal that won't set your mouth on fire. Fair warning, the burgers have enough garlic on them to kill a small family of vampires, and it's **** delicious. Thus place is one of the main reasons to visit Byron Bay apart from the beach and the chill people.
