Carbon Grill - Cabo San Lucas

¡El césped surf 2 fue fabuloso! Teníamos el filet mignon bajo de mar con verduras a la parrilla. El filete fue cocinado perfectamente. La presentación fue genial que teníamos nuestra propia parrilla personal de carbón en la mesa para mantener todo caliente mientras comíamos. Visitamos este restaurante dos veces mientras nos alojamos en el sitio, y ordenó lo mismo, recomendaría. Además, el brownie era un delicioso final de nuestra comida!

Carbon is a very unique dinning experience my partner and I went on a whim . The food is just as advertised it is served to you on a grilled hot plate with flamed skewers. The presentation is everything and the service was next level. We had the chihuahua steak and chorizo and asked for salmon as well as an alternative. The salmon was cooked to perfection very tender well spiced and delicious flavor. To add, they give you a salad of your choice prior to the main coming out which was just enough to hold you over. The server was excellent and made great recommendations if you are in Los Cabo’s definitely check this place out. We went during the evening but I’m sure the views are that much more breath taking during the day

We live coming to this part of the hotel for lunch and dinner. During lunch until 430…. You can get great tacos and fresh sushi rolls and watch the amazing view of the ocean… at night , book yourself in for delicious meat and seafood… if you are on the all inclusive deal, this pace is heaven… guaranteed to put on the pounds… little known fact, there is a bathroom around the back
