Disappointing all round. Will not return here. The food was cold and had to wait in the car for about 15 mins despite being a drive in.
not the best kfc by far, sraff chat to each other whike serving you, forget things and espect you to wait yet its supposed to be a drive through
This is the worst KFC there has ever been. About 2 hours before closing they stop cooking chicken. It's not just my experience. Many of my friends have been told. Sorry we ran out of chicken? Really??? I know when they stitched up as a whole company there was an issue. Ridiculous. Final nail in the coffin. I ordered a box meal from the drive through and when I came to eat the food a couple of minutes later there was an open strip of paracetamol on top of my food when I opened the box. Beyond a joke. The franchise manager here must spend no money on training their staff.
Ordered a party bucket via the drive through on Sat 4th August around 7pm. Got home and missing 3 items. This is not the first time... and not even the 3rd time in fact. I understand there's lots going on to improve this particular restaurant... but missing items, particularly side orders over and over again is ridiculous.
