Two Brothers Pizza - Cairo

They didn 't have any plain or pepperoni slices when we arrived, which was a bit odd, but they they did offer to make a plain pie, which we certainly appreciated. Every table was grease smeared, so we found the least dirty one to wait. It is a pizza place. It happens I suppose. The slices were just ok... doughy and undercooked for my personal taste, Iots of cheese with not much sauce. I know every place does their pizza different, and I am sure some people like this style, but it is not for me. Be aware that they keep a large German Shepherd dog in the restaurant where they store their assembled pizza boxes, which I noticed when it started barking and jumping. When the pizza was ready I asked the guy who worked the register for a box that wasn 't from that room (I am allergic to dogs). He provided a box from behind the counter and I asked why the dog was with the pizza boxes. He said I don 't know. I just work here. I 'm not a health inspector but I would imagine this practice is a pretty major violation. And even giving the benefit of the doubt that it is a service dog, I can 't imagine this would excuse it being kept in the same room as the pizza boxes were stored.

My friend told me about this place so I went ,I had a good meal, I did the Monday buffet. Can't beat the price, and most importantly I like the sauce. It had chunks of onion with fresh basil leaves. Sometimes simple foods are the best foods.The Eggplant parm had plenty of mozzarella, the vodka sauce was sweet with slices of chicken breasts. There was more choices included and all were good. I would go back. Neighborhood pizzeria had many local patrons coming from work and taking home what they wanted. You could tell they were repeat customers which is a compliment to the business. You would not believe this but before we left they gave us a doggy bag with 2 more dinners. Life is good and this place is special!

The pizza was awesome and the service was great. Friendly atmosphere, but the bathrooms were discussing!. One bathroom wasn't even working. I judge a place by their appearance. If the bathroom were that dirty then what does the kitchen look like? The area by the counter was well taken care of as well as the restaurant area. Pizzas were just the way we ordered them. Hawaiian pizza was fully loaded as was the pepperoni pizza. I will go back to have more food and check to see if the owner got my message, cause I did say something nicely. The woman that I spoke to was very nice and told me she was going to pass my comment to the owner
