Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis pub is fantastic in every way. The beer is great, the service is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the location is beautiful! I had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be coming back!
We decided to have Sunday lunch at this restaurant, and we were pleased with the good food and reasonable prices. I ordered the beef, which was delicious but very rich in flavor, almost as if it had been cooked in ale. The Yorkshire pudding was quite large, but it was mostly air inside, so I wish there had been more than one. I prefer my meals without pre-made gravy, but luckily, this one wasn't too soggy. The staff were all friendly and professional. I would be happy to return for another meal when in the area, although it may not be a top priority.
My recent experience at the Bee Hive for lunch was truly exceptional. The Sunday roast was one of the best I've had in a long time, with polite and helpful staff providing excellent service. The steak I had during a previous visit was also fantastic and great value for money. I highly recommend trying the food at this restaurant.
The beehive is situated high on a hill above the village of Ripponden near Sowerby Bridge and Halifax. The Beehive, Soyland, is also near to the village of Mill Bank nestled into the hillside above Triangle. The Beehive is a typical country pub in many ways but has a well deserved reputation for serving good food at reasonable prices. The menu is a little too extensive in that it is often difficult to settle on what to choose from the many dishes on offer. A more restricted choice would lead to quicker decisions, I'm sure. There are bar snacks, and a la carte, as well as a huge number of specials listed on the blackboard behind the bar. The seating is varied and there are a number of tables outside to the rear of the pub, that are a welcome bonus during summer months. The Beehive serves traditional real ales and has a wide selection of wines on offer. Views across the valley to Barkisland and Norland are pleasant and add another dimension to the outdoor dining experience. I would reccommend the Ceasar salad one of the best I have had. Traditional Sunday lunches are great value but make sure you book in advance as they are usually very busy. If this review was useful please click Helpful below!
Wow, I have a lot to say about the beehive pub Inn. First of all, the welcome from the new owners, friendly, polite, and extremely welcoming. Secondly the food is Michelin star quality. Absolutely outstanding flavour, well presented hot and most of all the quality, this food has been made with love. And third, my dog was welcome too, a nice little area within the pub that is pet friendly where we could relax and enjoy a nice cold pint before we set back off on our walk. Good luck in your new venture and we will definitely be returning again soon.
