The Smokehouse Bbq - Caldwell

I’ve been living here in the Treasure Valley for 15 years and was feeling like eating some BBQ Pulled-Pork and Smoke Beef-Brisket. Found this spot In Caldwell actually Smoking Beef-Brisket as I pulled up to the location The Smoke House BBQ, and ordered Beef-Brisket and Pulled-Pork and these delicious SMOKED buttery red potatoes that tasted so GOOD and it literally melted in your mouth.The Beef-Brisket was the BOMB!!! Beef Brisket is made so perfect, just torn apart with two fingers and the flavor was amazing.Pulled-Pork is also delicious! If you ever stop by I DEFINITELY recommend the Beef-Brisket and the Red Potatoes…

Ok seriously by faaaaar the best brisket I've had in a while deliciousness

I got the rib sandwich it was amazing it would be 5 stars but my grandfather got the brisket and it was hust fat and no meat so you need to work on that but for the most part service was amazing good job.

Had the brisket. Awesome food, big portions, friendly people. Definitely coming back!

Brisket was ok. It was overcooked, so a little dry, especially near the bark. It had a good, beefy flavor, but the bark was a little bitter from the smoke. The ribs were also a little overcooked, and although I could see some rub on the ribs, I couldn't taste any rub, and the flavor was dull. The regular sauce was fine, but the hot sauce was thin and did not help the meat flavor. The potato salad was ok, but tasted like store-bought Reser's. Everything was ok, but nothing makes me want to go back.
