We both enjoyed a simply, well prepared lunch. We sat overlooking the road, which was very quiet at lunchtime, but lots to watch. The Mussles were delicious and the pasta dishes were tasty and balanced, salads were excellent. Beer and house wines very good. Service...was so friendly, caring and prompt. WC. good. Parking near by.

They have a flat rate for Continental breakfast. I believe it was euros. They are located right at the start of the trekking trail and lots of trekker stop there before going on the trek for days, it was not my case. The...service could be a bit friendlier.

Friendly little restaurant in Calenzana, Quiet enough in Nov . Friendly customers and staff . Foood good and tasty ,and reasonably priced. Wine also good . Only slight drawback was customers were allowed to smoke in the restaurant.

We are regular holiday visitors to Corsica (Calvi). We were tired of the tourist restaurants of Calvi and their menus so decided to eat outside before taking the afternoon ferry back to Nice. Though we were obviously tourists (my wife is Japanese) the welcome and...continued good service by the Owners wife was excellent. We chose to sit out on the terrace which was very pleasant and we could easily see the kitchen where the Owner and his daughter did the cooking. The food was excellent,all freshly prepared and throughout service with a smile from Isabelle. We will surely eat there again and I would strongly recommend others to give it a try. Don't be put off from the road view as inside is very nice as is the terrace.

We were looking for a place to eat on the night before we started the and, after wandering up the hill from the Gite d'Etape, we came across this place which looked as good as any. When the food arrived though the portions were...well-sized and reasonably priced and the staff friendly and helpful. And that's all we wanted really ................ apart from a good taste of course and this fitted that bill too!
