Calgary Hot Plate

I have experience very bad customer service in Calgary Hot Plate restaurant. I and my wife went there for dinner on January 19th 2017 Thursday. One of the items we ordered was Beef Karahi, which is full of bones. I told front desk girl about it, then she went to kitchen and informed them about the complaint. The interesting thing is no one from the kitchen came to talk to me or even investigate the complaint. I wanted to talk to them twice but nobody showed up which is very shocking. I never asked for reimbursement, I just wanted to talk to them.

Just had breakfast. Really bad food and terrible hygine. Breads were totally greasy and curry/sauce were cold. BTW in this cold weather, they turned the heating down. Not a good experience at all.

I had heard good things about this place and finally decided to give it a try last weekend with friends. The Behari Kabab were simply outstanding and the chicken seekh kabab were top notch as well. I believe this is the only place to sell Behari Kabab and they did not disappoint. The naans were fresh, the other curry items were a little better than average. The only complain I have is the difference in prices for some items for takeout or dine in. Feels like we were penalized for dinning in.

I requested them food should be fresh and hot. They served very hot food specially BBQ

Nice little place that has recently expanded into a buffet. Seem very unassuming from the outside. till you salivate over the food that's brought on to your table in short order. The Kababs are to die for
