Jersey Mike's Subs - Calumet-Norvelt

I don apos;t have a clue to how I receive two separate half of a steak cheese sandwich apos;s and one (1) whole steak cheese sub all with nothing but cheese and onions! My was for one/half of a sandwich w/ extra cheese, extra onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, green peppers! I am extremely upset over this situation! Please help me to resolve this matter ASAP!

I would advise against placing an order during a major promotion. My sandwich was missing half of its ingredients, arrived two and a half hours late, and they forgot the brownie altogether. Even though the sandwich was free, it was quite terrible, which doesn't reflect well on this restaurant. If you're looking for quality, steer clear of the promotions. I’m giving it two stars for at least delivering something, even if it was nearly inedible. I heard they had over 250 orders in just one hour.

We ordered the #10 Tuna Fish and the #14 The Veggie. The Tuna dish felt a bit lacking in ingredients.

This sub was far from satisfying. I was quite disappointed. The deli meat was thinly sliced, and the bread was stale. I had requested double meat, but it clearly wasn’t. I've had five-star experiences with my previous orders, but this one felt like a total waste of money!
