Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI am 7 1/2 months pregnant. went in to buy food but also really badly needed the toilet (curse of pregnancy) when I asked if I could use the toilet they told me they are closed to customers due to covid. As im pregnant I am entitled to use any toilets a business has available including staff toilets, I told them this and they still refused me. I ended up leaving to use the toilets in a coffee shop up the road. I am quite obviously heavily pregnant and was also quite obviously desperate for the toilet. It's not as if I just went in there for the loo because I was also buying food from them.
I usually get a cheese onion pasty which is always nice. Can be hit and miss if its piping hot or not depending on when it cooked. The vegan steak is nice but not exceptional. I have nothing to compare it too. Overall, the staff are friendly and hard working. Can get very busy at lunchtimes especially over the weekend.
Visited Greggs several times, at several visits to Cambridge over the years. We love having one of their pies each time we visit. It is worth the try.
Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and coffee. Very good deal for both, lovely coffee and the vegan sausage roll was amazing!!! Very busy but managed to get a seat in the window. Clean tables, helpful staff. Will eat here again.
Went to purchase a breakfast roll recently only to be told by the young girl behind the counter 'Sorry we havent got any rolls ' Errrrr, had to think if I was in the right shop? Had the offer of a very un-appealling dry cheesy pastry instead. What a shambles. Not the first time I 've queued up at breakfast time to be told 'Sorry we 're out of sausages or bacon...and now rolls! The staff look like they dont want to be there and always look so miserable. The place also looks it could do with a good clean! Will be going elsewhere.
