Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered a wrap on uber eats and it had almost no salad at all depsite ordering most veggies, also ordered cheese and got none. I have ordered from other subways and the wrap is full of so many veggies. Don't go here not worth the money.
I ordered a sandwich and asked for it to be toasted once I received my product it was practically dust
I went into Subway on Emmanuel Street in Cambridge at 7.40pm Sunday evening to buy a drink as it was freezing cold and I had to wait for my bus. I bought a beverage and sat down. After about 3 minutes the girl behind the counter told me to leave as they were closing at 8 and only selling takeaway items. I explained that she ought to have told me take before I bought the drink and it was freezing cold outside. All I got was a shrug (and some frost bite). Rubbish customers relations, will never set foot in this place again.
Could not produce nutrition information on request..... annoying as I'm newly vegetarian and dieting.
I was in Cambridge with family and we wanted something quick and simple so decided to go for a salad at Subway. Sadly what we wanted to order (Teryaki Chicken) was not available but we were able to have an alternative. One of the staff who served me did not have very good listening skills as I said I did not want tomato and he then went to put tomato on my salad. The food was good but the staff need to concentrate on what their customers want.
