Large blizzard wasn't full to the top. Had a good 2 inches of empty cup. The hamburgers weren't even warm so the cheese wasn't even melted.

No gravy in 6 pc basket. double cheese burger was cold, tough, burnt and didn't have onions on it.

Dreadful waiting time! we waited in the drive for 25 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of us! needs better management or better systems!

My husband and I went in there today the cashier was rude and didn't even give us a chance to explain our order didn't even get are whole order correctly this is the worse experience ever put tomatoes on my husband's sandwich cause they didn't even give him a chance to say what he wanted in it I don't think we will be going back to this one ever

Went inside to order. It was 40 minutes till close. Rude employee cusses about how people need to stop coming in right before close. She then explained how she wasn’t going to be taking any more orders. I’d understand if it was 10 minutes before close, but it was only 8:20. Very disappointed in how someone would be upset about simply doing the job they were paid to do.
