Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI made a booking, but when I came, they didn't have a table for me, although I got a confirmation email. I asked the staff and they said they don't see any bookings on the same day. my friends and I had to go and find something else.
Dreadful service. had a booking for dinner on the same day in the morning, and when we showed up in the evening, the place was absolutely rammed and we were told that there were no more tables. After we had convinced the bar staff, we had made a booking, they have set up a temporary table for us directly in the passage. they collect us menus and told us we order at the bar. sent to order and was said that kitchen was closed? very bad communication between the personal. would not recommend at all. we lost time.
We actually sat next door at faim for our work Christmas dinner (it is part of the square tavern) and all about it was perfect. later entered the pub. the square tavern has become a favorite for us since our company moved to the opposite in september.
Unfortunately the employees were reworked on the day. we had no good Christmas party. there were no festive decorations on the tables, eating came late or cold. the Veg-Mahl came after they cleaned table for not veg diners. the portions were very small, although eating was nice besides being cold. the staff in the night was great, did the best they could.
I made a reservation for seven work colleagues for a evening meal at the square tavern on 1/12/22. When we arrived, staff were polite, although stated that they could only offer us a pizza menu because any meals, during the Christmas period (December.?? , would need to be pre-booked. It was something that was not on the website, nor was it communicated to me when I made the booking. Really disappointing experience and had to eat elsewhere.
