The manager appeared enthusiastic and demonstrated great customer service skills. My order was taken accurately and prepared quickly. However, the young woman who brought my drinks and handled my payment seemed a bit gloomy. She didn't smile or make any eye contact.
I typically steer clear of writing negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant really left me disappointed. From the start, the greeter's dismissive demeanor set a negative tone for the entire visit. When I placed my order with another staff member, I ended up waiting longer than I had anticipated, though I was assured they understood my request. Sadly, they still got it wrong. I have no intention of returning to this place. I believe management should consider using mystery shoppers to evaluate their service and offer additional training for staff members who are struggling. Having worked in retail myself, I understand the challenges of customer service, but it's crucial to treat customers with respect. My boyfriend asked why I remained polite despite the problems, and I told him that everyone deserves to be treated well.
