Pull up they did not give us time to order or look at the menu two people came on to rush us and there was no one in line second I have diverticulitis and said no strawberries so they didn't ask and put nuts all over the ice cream
I come to this store ordered a cake for my grandmas bday that was on Thursday they told me there was no problem at all they would have it done I went in today to pick it up they didn’t have it gave me a refund I was gonna go to Walmart an look at cakes but we had our heart set on this one cause it’s my grandmas 75th birthday today ended up with a bigger one cause the girl didn’t have it. I drove 45 miles to order one an 45 more back to pick it up I’m disappointed.
I came to this store earlier today around 6:30 with my grandkids. It was fantastic! The two employees were so sweet and answered any questions we had about the numerous flavors. I will definitely be back in the future.
Sat in the store for 15 minutes and ate my cone and none of the 3 employees washed his hands a single time while I watched them service customer after customer in the store and the drive thru. One girl handled her mask incessantly, took cash, credit cards, and even took a cup back from a costumer from the drive thru window and added toppings and never once washed her hands or wore gloves. Disgusting! Never again and I pray we don't get sick! ,
