Bootlegger Coffee Company (bakoven)

Fantastic breakfast! We ordered the bacon and potato rösti, and it was made to perfection! Bootlegger consistently prepares their poached eggs flawlessly! The service was friendly and attentive. I always enjoy the food at Bootlegger, especially the coffee!

The flapjacks were really fantastic! I appreciate that the syrup is served on the side instead of being poured over the flapjacks. I highly recommend the cappuccino with coconut milk; it’s very creamy and delicious.

This place is a favorite spot, especially for cyclists. I've only had their coffees and smoothies so far, and I've been really impressed. I'm eager for the day when I have enough time to sit down for a proper meal because their menu looks very appealing.

Lovely day in Cape Town, stopped by Bootlegger for lunch after a great hike. I had a flat white and my husband a green smoothie both great. I really enjoyed the the chicken and avocado wrap, my husband got the lamb burger it was good but would suggest adding a sauce. Overall great service from out waitress, also do friendly so that's always a plus

My rescue coffee shop stop after a Sunday morning 20km run from Camps Bay to Suikerbossie and back.  Always buzzing, staff have a lot of patience with tired runners and cyclist (even the doggies get served water : service is good and the relaxed vibe is fantastic.  Coffee is top nosh.  Always buy something sweet to take home as well as the great Bootleggers own brand coffee capsules!
