Sunday roast at a reasonable price staff welcoming and friendly.

Popped in for lunch didn't pre book took the chance , food was very good plenty of it onion rings were proper onions not cheaper variety , lasagne was piping hot , starters were very large the only thing I'd say is we weren't asked if we'd like a dessert or coffee after our meal , the atmosphere was good and good music playing

Met up with an old friend for drinks and chat. Have to say the service is excellent. Garden at rear is well kept and shuts out road noise making it perfect for conversation. I think if I had any specific improvement,it would be to have a ramp in the garden for mobility users. Definitely will visit again.

We stopped here for something to eat not actually knowing much about the pub! We were not disappointed! We were a group of 4 adults, 3 of which happily had the pie and mash, which, I am told, was delicious. I opted for the burger, which was lovely. Will definitely return when we are next on a little outing from Folkestone
