We're looking for snow (in this occasion not really so much) but we enjoyed a beautiful landscape, very quiet place and a tasty homemade food. We ate all our meals here, and we tasted different kinds of typical local dishes, always good, always tasty. They have also 4 rooms to stay, clean and spacious. Last, but not least, they are also cheese farm that you can buy directly, just made it.
I have been several time in this restaurant and for different occasion: dates, dinner with friends, celebration with family. The food offers that distinct flavour that only the homemade recipes and homegrown ingredients may offer. This is real food! Everything is so delicious and typical of the peasant 's culinary traditions. An amazing starter, very rich could be enough, but make an effort, do not finish it to leave space to a first cours or a typical grill mix of lamb and beef of next door farm. a must: the Scamorza arrosto . When you get the bill you are never sure if the price is per person or for all your guests...You will not believe it, but it is for all your guests :
Place located in the very high Molise, between Capracotta and Agnone. Simple and typical cuisine with fresh produce and km 0. Handmade pasta, tender meat to be eaten in quantity. Happy an excellent landlord who bets on his territory and is found in his dishes and drinks.

Answers a young man, such as Manuel Orlando, with a stamp of crazy voice where you can perceive the smile and the welcome. But we were on the phone! The experience in Guado Cannavina was not only culinary (report quality/price really embarrassing from the point of view of convenience but it was an experience where not only the protagonists of the food were satisfied and that is palate and stomach but also the total relaxation aspect, because you are in an environment where those who welcome you can make you feel at home, but not only, the staff are attentive to doing just what is needed to the commensale. I live in Rome and my family of origin is Capracotta, and I think that after this discovery, I will drive a few Sundays every once in a while to try a trip where body and soul are sitting together at the table. Thank you very much to the people who still manage to do the service at the table a profession of quality, level and above all of total respect of the customer.
